Before Artie passed away so suddenly in October, 2009, he and I had reconnected in January. He shared stories and was candid about what life had dealt him. He also shared some classic photos. Most people have seen these already but I know Artie would love for our RHS classmates to check 'em out! When we were in our phone conversations, he'd rattle off so many familiar and classic names - he'd say ".....we gotta call McCarthy, Pep, Tommy, Appleton....." -  there's a ton of names. I know too how much he'd be into this 2013 reunion too - in fact he'd probably be calling each one of you guys.............

Above, Tom O'Connor and Artie Brierley at the Ridgewood 4th of July parade. Others who joined Artie that day were Cathy O'Neill, Corey Duvall, Jeff Auger and others. Artie invited me too but I couldn't come because of my son's baseball game - I so wish I had gone.

The reunion is October 18-20, 2013 - try to make it you guys - there were 650+ of us - we're all grown up now and we'd all love to see everybody that weekend!
